Very nice and helpful definitely will be going here to buy my worms for my lizards. They have a lot of knowledge and help me out a lot. I also got my first lizard from them Mushu from their orginal location and he is still going strong and is super adorable.

I walked in for the first time for a heat lamp solution and found my new favorite place to learn, and to properly evolve my dragon’s habitat while helping him thrive. It is obvious they care about honest information and trusted sources. I was given time and patience, all of my questions were answered with confidence and a warm demeanor, and I walked away paying less for my solution than I would’ve anticipated at a corporate store. I truly loved coming to Lily Pad, and I don’t see myself going anywhere else in the future for my beardy needs. Thank you so much!

Absolutely love this store. She's very informative, helpful actually shows that she cares about the animals. Oddly she has talked me out of products that weren't best choice for me where I was spending hundreds to her advice less than twenty. It's not the bottom dollar its truly love of the pets and helping them by doing good with the owners.

My bf and I went in a while back to check out the store, and the owner was so helpful that he decided to go back and buy a baby bearded dragon. He had been wanting one for a while and felt that this was the best place to purchase from. We asked lots of questions and received detailed answers and directions. She sent us home feeling super confident and informed. Lily Pad has such a variety of animals as well! Every time we go there we see something new and exciting. There's also a bunch of supplies, tanks, and decor to choose from, and the insects come in a variety of sizes, unlike at the big pet stores, so we were able to start the baby beardy with very small crickets. Overall, ive been on a lot of pet stores and this is the best experience i have had by a landslide. Super helpful, and takes amazing care of both animals and customers. I would give 6 stars if I could ❤️🦎✨️

This is a really cool store from the customer service to the inventory there is so much to see and learn about. Even just for a walk-through to take a look at the cool reptiles!

Best reptile/amphibian store in Brevard hands down. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Just know it is located inside of Renninger’s Flee Market so it’s only open Fri-Sun so plan accordingly.

Pretty clean place. Animals are well kept too and seem to be super healthy! I came out of curiosity of the tiny albino alligator. Beautiful! Staff were VERY friendly too.

I first stopped by just to grab some crickets and ended up discovering a whole new reptile world! The team here is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do. They take time to explain everything with patience and care, and you can feel their genuine love for the animals. My day geckos even have a special place in their hearts — a few of my females were gifted to me by them years ago, and they’re still healthy and beautiful almost five years later. Time really does fly! It’s rare to find such honesty and warmth in a pet store. This place is an absolute gem, and I’m so grateful for the love and care they put into every little creature. 💚
